Impact Economy as a leverage for social and financial growth in Israeli periphery
In this highlight event of WP3 stakeholders from all of the Israeli financial infrastructure – local and national government, third sector, traditional industry and start-ups, met for a full day seminar on advancing social and financial growth in the Israeli periphery through Impact Economy. The day started with the introduction of a case study by each stakeholder and continued into two sessions of round tables dealing with promoting impact economy. In the first round the participants were divided by their financial sectors and discussed challenges and opportunities unique to each sector. In the second round the participants were randomly assigned to tables and discussed possible solutions, obstacles and cooperations between sectors. The seminar was deemed very successful by all participants, and we hope the process will continue.
The seminar was a cooperation with IFIE – the Israeli Forum for Impact Economy and the Rothschild foundation.
